She started her career by graduating with a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design from Purdue University. Since then, she has cultivated over 30 years of experience in the visual design industry. JR volunteers in the community and loves spending time with her family and friends. Envision is proud to be a certified women owned business.

Randy Hill

Vice President & Co-Owner

He earned his degree in graphic design and has over 30 years of experience in his field. Throughout his career he has done many projects, including one for Rick Nielsen! He was a volunteer fire fighter for 10 years in Northern Illinois and now enjoys spending time with his family and grandkids.

Andrew Harmon

Senior Video Editor

Envision’s video editor and visual effects artist. He received a bachelors in Multimedia and a minor in Art from Eastern Kentucky University. Since then, he has acquired over 10 years of experience and even owned an art studio for several years. In his free time, he enjoys photography, painting, game design and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Drew Talo

Video Editor

Drew is a Michigan State graduate with a bachelor in Film Theory and a minor in Fiction Filmmaking. Since graduating, he has gained experience through freelance editing and working on Feature Films.

When Drew is not at work, he still loves video related activities. He enjoys making Claymation animations, writing, and watching movies.

Vice President of Sales & Co-Owner

As a salesperson, Tonya Hill formulates solutions and drives changes to capitalize on diverse opportunities. Tonya has garnered a wealth of experience by holding diverse positions in the workforce.

She takes great pleasure in connecting with others and helping them achieve their
objectives. Tonya finds it highly inspiring to act as a catalyst, bringing another person’s idea to fruition.

Tonya’s degree in Graphic Design, coupled with her varied life experiences, motivates her to utilize her skills for the benefit of others. In her off hours, Tonya enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their sons, grandchildren, and cherished family members and friends.
